My Leadership Capstone Project is a workshop exploring listening as a skill which requires (and deserves) continual development and attention – throughout our lives. The workshop encourages development oa a listening-first mindset and dives into our own listening styles, awareness of inner dialog and its impact on how we listen, and finding comfort in the uncomfortable – namely, stillness and silence. By building awareness of self and others, we can truly begin to experience authentic listening.
